Facial Sprays

Updated: Jun 30, 2020

This post is all about facial sprays! Some are meant to be sprayed on your face before makeup as a primer. Some are meant to be sprayed after makeup to set the makeup and hold it in place longer. Some are just meant to refresh your skin (and/or makeup) and add a little moisture throughout the day. Some claim to do all of these things. I also use these sprays to spray my eyeshadow brushes when I want a more shimmery, metallic look to my eyeshadow.

So here are some sprays I have tried and liked:

MAC Prep + Prime Fix + ($25)

Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe, Herbs, and Rosewater ($7)

Milani Make It Last ($9.99)

Morphe Continuous Setting Mist ($16)

NYX Bare With Me Prime Set Refresh Multitasking Spray ($10)

NYX First Base Primer Spray ($8)

Sorry for the grainy, super-zoomed-in picture- It's all I had!

NYX Matte & Dewy Setting Sprays ($8.50)

Pixi Hydrating Milky Mist ($15)

Urban Decay All Nighter Makeup Setting Spray ($32)

And here are some sprays I've tried that didn't wow me as much:

ELF Makeup Mist + Set ($3)

L'Oréal Infallible Makeup Extender Setting Spray ($16.99)

Pixi Glow Mist ($15)

Pixi Makeup Fixing Mist ($15)

Wet n Wild Photofocus Setting Spray ($4.99)

Sorry this post is so boring but I don't have pictures of the sprays I've used in the past and most of these sprays do the same kinda thing so it's hard to make notes about the differences.
